COMPLAINTS BOOK
We put this form at your disposal, through which you can express your DISSATISFACTION OR DISSATISFACTION REGARDING THE CARE RECEIVED AT REPAIRYSOLUTIONS in the exercise of its administrative function:
CLAIM: Disagreement related to products or services
COMPLAINT: Disagreement not related to products or services; or, discomfort or discontent regarding customer service.
- The formulation of the claim does not prevent you from resorting to other means of dispute resolution nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint.
- The supplier must respond to the claim within a period of no more than thirty (30) calendar days, and may extend the period for up to thirty (30) more days, after notifying the consumer.
